Again I've lacked in doing some exercise during the week. Today I was able to take a quick walk at Elm Park, since I had some time before picking up another passenger. I also walked around the building, while throwing away some trash from the office.
Tomorrow we get to see my parents for my birthday. My parents wanted to get together on Sunday 1/22 but we weren't available since we were comming back from a weekend in Maine.
I've also got to start another lego project for my challege on Saturday/Sunday.
I've been lazy in doing some exercise during the past week. I've done some toe touches but not many. Today since it has been quiet at the office, I've been able to take a walk around the building 6 times.
This weekend Anastacia and I are going up to Maine for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. We're planning on going up Route 1 and stopping at various antique stores and thrift stores on our way up to Portland. We staying overnight since I was able to get Sunday off.

Yesterday I did take a quick stroll around the building and did 20 toe touches along with 10 squats. Thankfully there was a chair near the desk because I almost landed on my back a couple of time since I lost my balance.
So far today I've just walked around the building all the way. I also took the long way around to the office when I came back from driving all morning.
Today I feel lousy, all congested in the sinuses. I keep drinking water, and I still need to do some exercise for today. I want to procastinate since I don't feel up to any exercise, but on the other hand I need to lose\stabilize my weight.
Work is quiet at the moment, so I'm reading a book by Lynda A Plante (Above Suspision). So far I've read 212 pages.
I just came back from walking around the building as part of my trying to loose weight exercise. Later I'll be doing some toe touches and some other bending exercise.
Since I'm trying to lose weight and I had some extra time between rides. I was at my last pickup location (Union Station) and I got out of the van and walked around inside the place.
I'm also going to try to walk around the office building again, partially for the exercise and to get out from the office.
